I’m helping Neptune Health Co find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Ecommerce Manager (Shopify, CRO, Landing Pages).You'll optimize our Shopify store to boost growth and improve the customer experience.
Compensation:
USD 2.5K - 5K/month
+ Bonuses (up to 25% of base compensation)

* You are proficient in Shopify, Promotions, Landing page, Email marketing, E-commerce marketing tools.
* You have the potential to develop in Graphic design for e-commerce.

Responsibilities and more:
Fully Remote - 40hr/week
We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. This is a full-time remote role focused on driving growth, improving the customer experience, and keeping our online store running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and our Shopify store, ensuring all pages, products, and content are accurate and optimized.
* Build, test, and optimize landing pages and offers (using tools like Replo or PageDeck).
* Analyze store data (sales, AOV, CVR, inventory) and turn insights into actionable steps to boost revenue.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, email flows, and promotions.
* Coordinate with fulfillment and operations to ensure inventory and shipping stay on track.
* Run basic digital marketing tasks (e.g., uploading creatives, updating ads or promotions on-site).
* Continuously work to improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with Shopify (must-have). Bonus if you’ve used Replo, PageDeck, or similar landing page tools.
* Comfortable with basic design, copy, and page building to quickly test new offers.
* Strong analytical skills—you know how to read data and make informed decisions.
* Experience with e-commerce marketing (email, digital campaigns, promotions).
* Organized and self-driven—able to manage multiple projects at once without micromanagement.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a remote team.
